Summer Garden at Entresse Library, Espoo
From 4th of March until the 24th of March 2024.
“The Summer Garden” is a contemplative journey through summer. In short, the collection is a light-hearted, meditative walk from the beginning of summer, until the end. In Finland, summer really only starts mid-June, if we are lucky. But hints of summer and remnants of spring can be seen and felt from the beginning of May, which gives us hope that summer will soon begin. And when summer finally arrives, we enjoy it fully; the scents, the colors and the experiences becoming that more important, as we know the memories of the warmer months will get us through winter. The Summer Garden is an invitation to explore, feel and look back at your own summer memories. What are your most cherished summer experiences? What does summer mean to you?

Divine Garden at Herttoniemen kirjasto, Kattilagalleria

The Divine Garden is an escape from the heavy burdens of daily life. It's a secret place for rest and recovery, a place of beauty and magic I'd rather be sometimes when the problems of life start to feel a little bit too overwhelming. It's a place for the mind, heart and soul to rest.
In the Divine Garden Collection, I have taken inspiration from gardens and flowers, as well as feelings and spirituality. It has resulted in dreamy abstract pieces, in which you can imagine yourself to be for a while when you need to take a break.

The Power of Colors examines and interprets feelings, thoughts and life’s various situations and challenges with the help of colors. The colors have been chosen intuitively on the basis of the feelings at the exact moment the painting was made. The artist has not had any specific thing, subject or object in mind, and instead, the brush has been allowed to dance freely.
