Payments

The shopping platform provides several payment options for you depending on which country you are ordering from. If there is any problem with the purchase contact me and we can try to find a solution. Any additional costs, such as customs fees, VAT or other additional costs will be paid by the Customer.

Payment options are*:

- Credit card with Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfer/Invoice
- MobilePay or Cash

* Painting(s) will be shipped or delivered after payment has been made. If payment hasn't been done after 14 days, the painting(s) are put back up for sale in the webshop.

Original paintings on canvas & paper:
Finland: FREE
EU-countries: FREE
Shipping for the rest of the world: 35.90€ or FREE on qualifying orders.*

Shipping in Finland takes approximately 3-8 days. International shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Large artworks (usually over 100cm wide) will be shipped rolled up in a tube (without the bars). In this case, the artwork needs to be stretched again when received. The Customer is responsible for any fees regarding re-stretching an artwork.

If you wish to receive your large painting stretched, additional cost will be added to the price. In this case, contact me and we can see if it would be possible to do for the piece you want.

In Finland, other delivery options are:
- Pick up (you can pick up the work from my studio, or from an exhibition anywhere when the exhibition ends).
- Personal delivery (if you live in Uusimaa region, I may be able to deliver the artwork personally with no additional cost.)

Please contact me if you wish to pick up the work or want me to deliver it! I am happy to help and I want to ensure all artwork gets home safe.

Seller is not held responsible for any delay during the shipping process; customs or other. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes their country may require.

Refunds

EU Citizens have the right to return products within 14 days of purchase. The Customer is responsible for any expenses from the return (shipping, damages to artwork). Refund will be given as money back once item(s) have returned to the Seller in the same condition as when purchased. Shipping method must be same as when purchased (i.e. insured, tracked, properly packaged). The refund is given to the same payment method as used when ordered unless Buyer requests another method of payment for the refund. If you wish to return your purchase, please email saaratani.art[at]gmail.com with your order number and I will give you further instructions. A product can NOT be returned by not picking up the package from the post office or sending it back without contacting the seller first. Refund repayment is withheld until I receive back the goods or until you provide evidence that you sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. Digital products and custom orders can not be returned.

If you are unsure of a purchase, please message me and I can help you. To make the decision easier I can send you more pictures or videos of the work.

If the artwork has arrived damaged, e-mail me as soon as possible and please include pictures of the damages.

Copyright

I retain all rights to the artworks, unless otherwise agreed. The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way. I retain the right to produce prints, cards, etc. from any artwork I created. Pictures, text and other material on my website may not be used for AI training. You may not make NFTs from my artwork, such actions are theft and owning a piece of my art does not give you the right to make copies of it or profit from it monetarily in any way.
